Token not received by publisher while resetting the password

      Hi Team, I would like to highlight that a few of my publishers have reached out saying they are not receiving the token while trying to reset the password of their account.

      Please find the issue statements of two different publishers quoted below -

      "I seem to be locked out of my Tribal Fusion account with the update to the site from Flash. I tried to reset the password but nobody on our team is receiving the token needed to reset the password."

      "The website still forces us to update the password but then fails to send the tokens that it requires to update the passwords."

      Kindly look into this and help resolve the issue.
