Default value that needs to be shown

1) Under Admin > Domains section

‘New RI’ should be the default value under ‘Status’ field
Supply Manager - Auto Select. Make multiple selection possible.

2) Under Admin > Site Settings

Status Filter -> Active
Supply Manager > it should automatically select the name of the supply manager that is currently logged into the UI (if logged in user has cNetDevRole))

3) Admin > Media Buy
Supply Manager - Auto Select. Make multiple selection possible.
