Hey Team

In new UI if mistakenly a user creates a file with name same as already existing file, original file gets replaced with blank file, while in old UI it just open the original file or name matching file (no changes)

For e.g- If a user create file with name index.html instead of index1.html or any other name mistakenly, original index file gets blanked.
